Job summary

Nijhuis Saur Industries UK & Ireland is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support the Head of Projects in delivering the NSI UK portfolio. You will provide senior leadership across multiple projects, ensuring integration of engineering, procurement, commercial, QHSE and site delivery activities.

You will manage complex or high‑value projects, develop capability, and maintain strong client relationships while balancing time, cost, quality and risk across projects across the UK.

Qualifications

• Typically 10+ years of progressive experience in project delivery, including leading complex multidisciplinary design and build projects.
• Strong knowledge of NEC contracts (NEC4 ECC) and project governance.
• CSCS card and ability to travel regularly across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for client, time, cost, quality, health and safety across assigned projects.
• Provide senior leadership to Project Managers and delivery teams; set objectives and monitor performance.
• Develop and maintain senior client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Lead portfolio and project reviews with robust reporting and governance.
• Own project risk and opportunity management across the lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, environmental, quality and safety requirements.
• Lead value engineering and continuous improvement across design and delivery.
