Job summary

Shepley Engineers Ltd. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple concurrent multidisciplinary engineering projects across nuclear facilities in the UK.

You will own scope, programme, cost, quality, risk and commercial performance from tender to handover. The role provides leadership to Project Engineers and delivery teams, maintains key client relationships and supports growth of the company's nuclear portfolio, with NEC3/4 contracts, Primavera P6 planning, and security clearance

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering multidisciplinary engineering projects in highly regulated environments.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management.
• Understanding of estimating, planning and project controls.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Security Check (SC) Clearance.
• Willingness to participate in D&A testing and hold a Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of multiple concurrent engineering projects from tender to completion and handover.
• Manage scope, programme, cost, quality and risk throughout the lifecycle.
• Ensure safety and compliance with company and client requirements.
• Lead, mentor and develop Project Engineers and delivery teams.
• Provide timely operational, programme and commercial reporting to senior management.
• Identify and develop opportunities to grow the nuclear portfolio.
