Nijhuis Saur Industries UK & Ireland is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex UK projects, reporting to the Head of Projects and ensuring delivery across engineering, procurement, QHSE and site teams.

You will manage client relationships, align with contract requirements, and drive risk, cost, and schedule control while mentoring Project Managers and contributing to portfolio performance.

Competenze

• Degree or equivalent Level 6 qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related technical discipline.
• Professional project management qualifications (APM PMQ/PPQ/PMP) or Chartered status is highly desirable.
• Experience with NEC4 ECC contracts is preferred; FIDIC experience is advantageous.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly across the UK.

Mansioni

• Be accountable for client, time, cost, quality, health and safety, environment (QHSE) performance across assigned projects.
• Provide senior leadership and direction to Project Managers; monitor performance and address issues promptly.
• Develop and maintain strong senior-level client relationships; manage stakeholder expectations.
• Lead portfolio and project reviews with robust reporting and forecasting.
• Develop, approve and maintain Project Execution Plans, programmes and recovery plans.
• Own and manage project risk and opportunity; monitor actions across the lifecycle.
• Ensure quality plans and delivery processes meet client requirements.
• Coordinate design information and resolve interfaces with engineering teams.
