Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead capital schemes across the Trust estate. You will manage budgets, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and liaise with clinical and operational colleagues to ensure projects are delivered to time, budget and quality.

The role offers a permanent, full-time position with hybrid working options in line with Trust policy. A strong background in construction, engineering, surveying or design is preferred to drive

Formación

• Qualification in Architecture, Surveying or Engineering or equivalent in design/construction
• Membership of a construction-related institute or body (e.g. RIBA/RICS/CIOB)
• Excellent project management and budgeting capability
• Familiarity with Auto CAD and Sketch Up tools

Responsabilidades

• Lead feasibility studies and design development for capital schemes and develop full budget estimates.
• Coordinate design information with the design team and stakeholders from inception to completion.
• Manage procurement routes, tender documentation and contractor performance in line with SFIs.
• Maintain project records and ensure governance, safety and compliance across projects.
