A highly successful property consultancy has instructed Beach Baker to recruit a Senior Project Manager for its expanding Bristol office, which employs approximately 200 staff across a range of multidisciplinary teams and continues to experience strong growth in the region.

With a team of approximately 1,400 professionals-including 200 dedicated Project Managers-the firm delivers expert consultancy services across a wide range of sectors. Having grown organically, it now reports an annual turnover of £150 million and has ambitious plans to triple this by 2035.

Role Features:

• Office based in the City Centre.
• Part of a regional Project Management team of 13 people.
• Mainly managing private sector projects.
• Working with 'Grade-A' clients.
• Contract work typically ranges between £5m to £20m.
• Social and people focused organisation.
• Recruitment due to team growth - not a replacement.

So, this role would be great for someone who hasn't had the chance to really make a role their own, this is your chance.

The Candidate:

Ideally MRICS/MCIOB/MAPM, or working towards this. The hiring manager is a happy to consider candidates from a commercial, construction consultancy or client-side background.
