Job summary

Bidwells LLP in Oxford is seeking an experienced Senior or Associate Project Manager to lead projects from inception to handover. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage client relationships, and advise clients throughout project delivery on complex development schemes.

The role requires consultancy-based PM experience, a track record delivering complex projects, and Chartered status (MRICS/MAPM or equivalent).

Qualifications

• Consultancy-based project management experience.
• Successful track record delivering complex construction or development projects.
• Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Confidently lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects.
• Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Leading projects from inception through design, procurement, construction and handover.
• Managing client relationships and acting as a trusted adviser throughout project delivery.
• Coordinating architects, engineers, contractors and specialist consultants.
• Managing programme, cost, quality and project risk.
• Leading project meetings and ensuring successful delivery against client objectives.
• Supporting business development and strengthening existing client relationships.
• Mentoring junior project managers and contributing to the growth of the Oxford team.
