Qualifications

• Consultancy-based project management experience.
• Successful track record delivering complex construction or development projects.
• Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Confidence to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects.
• Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from inception through design, procurement, construction and handover.
• Manage client relationships and act as a trusted adviser throughout delivery.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors and specialist consultants.
• Manage programme, cost, quality and project risk.
