Job summary

City Site Solutions Ltd in Oxfordshire seeks an experienced Project Manager to deliver construction projects from pre-construction to handover. You will lead site teams, manage client relationships and ensure projects are on time, within budget and safely delivered.

Typical project values range from £3m to £20m, with opportunities across education, healthcare, commercial, residential and heritage sectors. A strong client network and forward workload underpin the role.

• Proven experience working for a main contractor.
• Experience delivering projects valued £3m - £20m.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent programme and commercial awareness.
• Client-facing experience.
• SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid (preferred).

We are working with a long standing client who are an established and highly regarded regional main contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing Oxfordshire office due to continued success and a strong pipeline of secured work.

The Oxfordshire region currently delivers an annual turnover of £40m-£60m, with a diverse portfolio of projects across both public and private sectors. The team benefits from long-standing client relationships, high levels of repeat business, and a secure forward order book across Oxfordshire and the surrounding counties.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of construction projects from pre-construction through to completion. You will lead site teams, manage client relationships, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
