NG Bailey are seeking a Senior Project Manager for a central Leeds project. The role is mechanically biased but open to electrical backgrounds, overseeing end-to-end delivery from bid through to completion.
You will lead safety-first delivery, manage profitability and customer relationships, and supervise the project team including sub-contractors across all lifecycle stages.
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join our team based on our project in central Leeds. Ideally we are looking for Mechanically biased, however will also be open to someone from an electrical background.
In this role you will control the overall operational delivery of a project (or part thereof), taking account of the safety, technical, commercial and managerial requirements through the whole life cycle of the project through bid and pre-commencement to successful completion. You will ensure that profitability is maintained or improved through effective leadership and management of the support functions, and high quality customer relationships.
This is a permanent staff position with NG Bailey.
Key deliverables in this role are:
To be successful in this role you will have demonstrable mechanical or electrical (MEP) building services experience in a similar role within a construction environment, with previous experience in the full lifecycle management of high value projects.
