Job summary

Brandon James is recruiting a Senior Project Manager for a leading multidisciplinary property and construction consultancy in Manchester. You will oversee projects from feasibility through handover, coordinating consultants, contractors and stakeholders, and acting as a key client contact.

The role requires UK construction consultancy experience, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to lead teams and manage programmes.

Qualifications

• Strong PM experience within a UK construction consultancy.
• Experience independently managing medium to large projects.
• Excellent client-facing skills.
• Experience leading consultant and contractor teams.
• A relevant construction degree.
• MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB or progress towards qualification.
• Strong procurement and programme management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead client meetings and manage programmes.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor risks and oversee contractors.
• Deliver projects across full lifecycle from planning to handover.
