Brandon James is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Senior Project Manager in Glasgow to lead a varied portfolio of high-quality developments within a respected construction consultancy. You will oversee projects from feasibility to close-out, coordinating clients, consultants, and contractors while driving delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction consultancy is essential.
• Delivery of construction/property projects on multiple phases.
• Experience managing pre- and post-contract stages.
• MRICS/MAPM/MCIOB or progression towards qualification.
• Strong knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from feasibility through to handover and close-out.
• Manage programme, procurement, contract administration, risk, change control, and reporting.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and chair meetings with clients and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to Glasgow team growth.
