Zusammenfassung

TGS International Group currently seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager (M&E) to lead the delivery of large-scale mechanical and electrical projects from Bristol. You will manage all M&E aspects of delivery, ensuring safety, on-time completion, budget adherence and quality standards.

In this role you will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage programmes, procurement and reporting, and maintain strong client and contractor relationships to ensure successful project closeout.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive project management experience within M&E building services.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale M&E projects on time and within budget.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams of PMs, Site Managers, Foremen and subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of programme management, commissioning and handover.
• Strong commercial awareness – budgets, variations, resources and risk.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Desirable qualification in Construction Management or Project Management.

Aufgaben

• Develop and manage construction and commissioning programmes.
• Lead project teams including PMs, Site Managers and subcontractors.
• Maintain project documentation and handover per procedures.
• Ensure works meet health, safety, quality and specifications.

Our client is a leading building services provider with over 45 years of industry experience, delivering mechanical and electrical solutions across data centres, industrial, logistics, pharmaceutical, healthcare, commercial, energy and infrastructure sectors. From design through installation, commissioning and maintenance, they have a proven track record of large-scale delivery across the UK, Ireland and mainland Europe.

They are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager (M&E) to lead the delivery of large-scale mechanical and electrical projects in Bristol - taking responsibility for all M&E aspects of delivery and ensuring works are completed safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading the planning, coordination and delivery of all mechanical and electrical works from start-up through to completion and handover
• Managing programmes, resources, labour and budgets to hit delivery targets
