Job summary

Bimplus is seeking a hands-on Project Manager near Marlow to take real ownership of live projects from sales handover through to successful delivery. You will work closely with customers, suppliers, contractors and internal teams to keep projects organised and moving forward, supported by an experienced Delivery Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination or a similar role in construction/engineering.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and keep trackers up to date.
• Proactive approach and capability to own problems and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own projects from sales handover to delivery.
• Keep project trackers accurate with key dates, risks and actions.
• Coordinate suppliers, deliveries and sales orders to programme.
• Support tenders with documentation, quotations and bid submissions.
• Be a main contact for customers and suppliers and maintain clear communication.
• Identify issues early and take ownership to resolve them.
• Help the Project Coordinator and wider team as needed.
• Leverage modern and AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency.
