KSNPM in London seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead project controls, cost management and commercial governance on major capital projects across sectors in the UK. You will own client relationships, guide project assurance reviews and mentor teammates in a growing UK business.

You'll work with NEC and JCT contracts, support MRICS accreditation, and enjoy a culture that values collaboration, integrity and progression within an expanding consultancy.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in project controls, QS, cost management and commercial governance.
• Experience in capital project assurance and risk management.
• Familiarity with NEC and JCT contracts; MRICS accreditation is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Review project controls, cost reports and forecasts to ensure accuracy.
• Assess budgets, change control, contingency use and governance compliance.
• Identify risks to cost, schedule and delivery and provide clear recommendations.
• Support project assurance reviews and executive reporting.
• Build trusted client relationships through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
