A growing construction consultancy in London is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team and take a leading role across a portfolio of commercial and private-sector projects. The Senior Project Manager will take ownership of key client relationships, lead project teams and support growth of the business, managing multiple commissions and contributing to business development.

• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of fee management.
• MRICS, MAPM, ChPP or another relevant professional qualification, or progress towards chartership.

Responsabilités

• Lead multiple commercial and private-sector projects from early stages through to completion, ensuring client satisfaction, programme delivery and risk management.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage client meetings and reporting.

A growing construction consultancy in London is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team and take a leading role across a portfolio of commercial and private-sector projects. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for delivering multiple projects while building strong relationships with major institutional and investment-led clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Project Manager who wants broader responsibility across delivery, business development and account management.

The successful Senior Project Manager will take ownership of key client relationships, lead project teams and help support the continued growth of the business. The Senior Project Manager will work across multiple commissions at any one time, while also contributing to business development and helping to build out the wider team. For an ambitious Senior Project Manager, this role offers a clear opportunity to move beyond pure delivery and develop into a more rounded senior leadership position.

The Senior Project Manager's role

The Senior Project Manager will lead multiple commercial and private-sector projects from early stages through to completion, taking responsibility for client satisfaction, programme, risk and overall project performance.

Responsibilities will include leading client meetings, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing project programmes, overseeing reporting and risk, supporting fee proposals and identifying opportunities to grow existing client accounts.

The Senior Project Manager will also contribute to business development, help strengthen long-term client relationships and support the recruitment and development of the wider Project Management team.

You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role.
