KSNPM in London seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead project controls, cost management and commercial governance on major capital projects across sectors in the UK. You will own client relationships, guide project assurance reviews and mentor teammates in a growing UK business.
You'll work with NEC and JCT contracts, support MRICS accreditation, and enjoy a culture that values collaboration, integrity and progression within an expanding consultancy.
Grow your career in a people-first consultancy
KSNPM is a growing multidisciplinary consultancy with nearly 30 years’ experience helping clients turn plans into successful buildings. We work across commercial, residential, healthcare, education and public-sector projects in the UK and Ireland, supporting developments from pre-construction, design and procurement through to delivery.
As we expand our London presence, we are looking for an ambitious Senior Project Manager who wants to make a visible impact and grow with the business. You will join a close-knit, supportive team where people are trusted to solve problems, encouraged to share ideas and recognised for their contribution.
A culture where people can thrive
We combine the family feel of a smaller business with the variety and opportunity of an expanding consultancy. Expectations are high, but so is the support. Our people value integrity, collaboration and strong relationships, creating a professional yet enjoyable workplace where personality matters.
You will have the freedom to take ownership, build trusted client relationships and contribute to the direction of our growing UK business. Whether you are leading an assurance review, guiding a client through a complex risk or mentoring a colleague, your work will be valued.
Development that moves with your ambitions
This role offers broad exposure to project controls, cost management, commercial governance and risk assurance across major capital projects. Working across different sectors and assignments will help you deepen your technical expertise while strengthening the judgement, confidence and leadership skills needed for your next career step.
Your development will be actively supported through ongoing CPD, training, further educational assistance and support towards MRICS accreditation. You will learn from experienced colleagues, take on increasing responsibility and have clear opportunities to progress as the consultancy grows.
You will have extensive experience in project controls, quantity surveying, cost management, construction audit, commercial management or capital project assurance. You will combine strong analytical and reporting skills with commercial awareness, confidence with clients and a proactive approach. Familiarity with NEC and JCT contracts, London developments and progress towards MRICS accreditation would be advantageous.
