Job summary

KSNPM is expanding its London presence and seeks a Senior Project Manager to drive delivery across major capital projects. You will own project controls, cost management and commercial governance while mentoring colleagues and ensuring client satisfaction.

You will lead reviews, manage budgets and provide clear, evidence-based recommendations, building trusted client relationships and contributing to the growth of the UK business.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in project controls, quantity surveying, cost management, construction audit, commercial management or capital project assurance.
• Familiarity with NEC and JCT contracts and London developments; MRICS accreditation would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Review project controls, cost reports, forecasts and commercial processes.
• Assess budgets, change management, contingency use and governance compliance.
• Identify cost, schedule, procurement and delivery risks and produce clear recommendations.
• Support project assurance reviews, commercial health checks and executive reporting.
• Build trusted relationships through stakeholder interviews, workshops and practical problem-solving.
