Job summary

The Guinness Partnership is hiring a Senior Project Manager in Oldham for a permanent, full-time role (35 hours per week) with a hybrid work arrangement. You will shape, plan, lead and deliver multiple concurrent projects across people, processes, applications and technology to meet budget and timescales.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, matrix leadership, contracting with third parties and the ability to apply multiple methodologies.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering projects across people, process, applications and technology.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Experienced in matrix management of delivery teams.
• Commercial awareness and contracting with third parties.
• Experience applying multiple project methodologies and selecting the right approach.
• Excellent oral and written communications including presentations.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and planning tools (MS Project).
• Familiarity with delivery and collaboration tools such as DevOps, SharePoint, MS Teams and Asana.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver multiple concurrent projects within scope, budget and timescales.
• Provide strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Manage third‑party vendors and contracts effectively.
• Determine appropriate project methodologies for each initiative.
• Communicate progress with clear planning, tracking and reporting.
