Job summary

Womble Bond Dickinson seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our IT team on a full-time, permanent basis to help deliver the Modern Workplace. The role can be based in Leeds, Plymouth, Newcastle, or Bristol and operates under our hybrid policy.

The role sits in the PMU with end-to-end delivery of high-impact change across the business, engaging senior stakeholders and managing multiple teams and suppliers.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years' experience delivering complex projects across technology and/or business change
• Experience in a legal or professional services environment
• Experience working within governance environments (PMO/PMU)
• Strong stakeholder management with senior level engagement
• Experience delivering multi-stream projects with IT and third-party suppliers
• Able to engage delivery teams without being a deep technical specialist
• Proven ability to manage risk, dependencies and priorities in fast-paced environments
• Strong written and verbal communication, ownership and delivery focus
• Self-motivated with ability to start from day one

Responsibilities

• End-to-end delivery of high-impact change initiatives across the business
• Operate across technology-led and broader business change with governance and controls
• Own delivery from initiation through closure, ensuring time, cost and quality objectives
• Engage senior stakeholders including Partners and manage multiple teams and suppliers
• Collaborate with other Senior Project Managers to embed best practices in delivery and governance
