Job summary

Thales is recruiting a Senior Project Manager in the United Kingdom to lead the delivery of multiple complex projects critical to our customers and business. The role involves owning project outcomes, guiding multi-disciplinary teams and ensuring on-time, on-cost, high-quality delivery.

Hybrid working is offered (3 days on site) with full-time or part-time hours available. Clear SC security clearance is required, with eligibility based on UK residence.

Qualifications

• Proven success delivering complex projects in multi-disciplinary environments.
• Strong leadership with experience guiding diverse teams.
• Excellent stakeholder and relationship management with customers and suppliers.
• Advanced project management skills—planning, risk, financial control and governance.
• Experience working across multi-site or complex organisational structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate project teams to deliver high‑quality outcomes across all work packages.
• Establish and manage robust project baselines, schedules and forecasts.
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
