Ideal candidates will hold MRICS or MCIOB accreditation and bring experience across commercial, construction consultancy or client-side environments. You’ll lead major schemes, shape project delivery, and develop into a leadership position.

Qualifications

• MRICS or MCIOB accreditation required.
• Background in commercial, construction consultancy, or client-side roles.
• Willingness to lead line management and progress to leadership.
