Beach Baker is recruiting a Senior Project Manager for a leading UK property consultancy in Cardiff. You will join a large regional Project Management team, primarily handling public sector projects for Grade-A clients with project values typically ranging from £5m to £20m.

The role features a city-centre office, a hybrid working model (office 2 days a week with on-site and WFH options), and a collaborative network of experienced professionals across the region.

A highly successful Property Consultancy has recently instructed Beach Baker to recruit a Senior Project Manager within their expanding Cardiff office.

Join a leading multi-disciplinary property consultancy with a strong UK presence, operating from 10 offices across UK. With a team of approximately 1,400 professionals—including 200 dedicated Project Managers—the firm delivers expert consultancy services across a wide range of sectors. Having grown organically, it now reports an annual turnover of £150 million and has ambitious plans to triple this by 2035.

Role Features:

• Office based in the City Centre.
• Part of a regional Project Management team of 13 people.
• Mainly managing public sector projects.
• Working with ‘Grade-A’ clients.
• Contract work typically ranges between £5m to £20m.

• Recruitment due to team growth – not a replacement.

The Candidate:
