Unknown Client in Cardiff is seeking a Senior Project Manager to deliver construction projects through inception to completion with emphasis on RIBA stages 4-6. The role requires leadership, commercial awareness, and strong knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts to ensure safe, on-time, within-budget delivery.

Based in Cardiff with hybrid working, you will manage stakeholders, drive project controls, and mentor junior team members while supporting business development and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Degree in construction, property, engineering, or related discipline.
• Chartered status (MRICS or FRICS) preferred.
• Demonstrable experience in construction project management, including leadership of complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement routes, project controls, and risk management.

Responsabilités

• Provide project management services in accordance with RICS standards and other bodies.
• Lead construction projects through all stages, delivering against objectives.
• Act as primary contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Manage programmes, budgets, risks, procurement, and reporting requirements.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, regulations, industry standards, and best practice.
