The role involves leading major projects with values from £5M to £50M, guiding a 60-strong Bristol-based multi-disciplinary team, and working with top-tier Grade A clients.

You will have MRICS or MCIOB accreditation and a track record in commercial, construction consultancy, or client-side environments.

Qualifications

• MRICS or MCIOB accreditation is essential.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams on sizeable projects.
• Background in commercial or client-side roles is valuable.
