Job summary

Osprey is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of major heavy lift, transport, and logistics projects at Hinkley Point, Bridgwater. You will manage day-to-day delivery, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time completion.

In this role you will work closely with engineering, commercial, and delivery teams, building strong client relationships and contributing to business development opportunities on a major UK project portfolio.

Qualifications

• Proven experience taking full responsibility for technical, operational and commercial elements of complex projects.
• Strong end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time and to high standards.
• Commercially astute with cost control and financial management skills.
• Ability to lead commercial and technical discussions with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Understanding of engineering project requirements and quality documentation.

Responsibilities

• Take full technical, operational, and commercial responsibility for planning and execution of major heavy lift, transport, and logistics projects.
• Manage project execution in line with project process and health, safety, quality and environmental management systems, ensuring the highest standards.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, internal teams, suppliers, and site operations, leading all commercial and technical discussions for the assigned project.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks (commercial, operational, environmental, and safety) to protect the company, its employees and stakeholders.
• Ensure robust document control and consistently high-quality project documentation throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Work closely with the wider project management team to develop and maintain strong client relationships and support business development opportunities.
