Job summary

Sovos is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our European Professional Services team, based in the United Kingdom, Netherlands, or Spain. You will own end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-country enterprise SaaS implementations in tax compliance and e-invoicing across EMEA.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and steer governance processes to ensure on-time, on-scope delivery while driving client satisfaction and revenue recognition.

Qualifications

• Delivered enterprise SaaS implementations for enterprise clients in Professional Services.
• Experience managing multi-country, multi-stakeholder deployments across time zones.
• Hands-on scope management, change orders, and hour burn-down governance.
• Strong stakeholder management with commercial acumen on delivery and margins.
• Proactive risk management and clear, structured communication.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise e-invoicing and tax-Compliance implementations across multiple EMEA countries.
• Serve as primary client contact and escalation point through engagement lifecycle.
• Lead governance: weekly status meetings, steering committees, go/no-go decisions.
• Manage scope, document changes, and track hours against retainer balances.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on project commitments.
• Develop and maintain project plans, risk/issue logs, and status reports.
• Improve delivery methodology and onboarding playbooks based on client feedback.
