Job summary

ASOS, a global fashion retailer, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact logistics and supply chain programmes from scoping to delivery. You’ll set direction, build delivery plans, manage budgets, and ensure initiatives deliver strategic value.

Working with operations, IT, finance and procurement, you will drive governance, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement, while mentoring other project managers and championing DEI in delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven project management experience across large-scale logistics projects.
• APM or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional logistics, supply chain and operational change projects from concept to handover.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, success measures and governance.
• Develop detailed project plans, milestone schedules, resource plans and delivery roadmaps.
• Manage budgets, cost tracking, forecasts, risks, issues, dependencies and mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders with clear communication and timely decisions.
• Oversee vendor, supplier and contractor performance, including delivery quality and safety.
• Track milestones, KPIs, benefits, risks and governance.
• Mentor Project Managers and strengthen delivery capability.
