Job summary

Arup is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a diverse flood risk management portfolio from inception to delivery, across Birmingham, Nottingham, Cardiff or Bristol offices. You will coordinate engineering, environmental and infrastructure expertise, manage budgets and programme performance, and drive best practice while mentoring junior colleagues and supporting business growth.

Qualifications

Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering, environmental or infrastructure projects, ideally within flood risk management, water or civil engineering.
Strong project management skills, including scope, programme, budget, resources, risk and change.
Proven ability to lead project teams and produce client deliverables such as reports and business cases.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of a diverse portfolio of projects from inception through to completion.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to high technical standards.
Build strong relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders and manage programmes, budgets and risks.
Mentor and develop junior colleagues and contribute to business development.
