Job summary

Arup is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Flood Risk Management team, based in one of our offices in Birmingham, Nottingham, Cardiff or Bristol. You will lead the delivery of a diverse portfolio from inception to completion, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring projects are delivered safely, commercially and to high technical standards.

You will build relationships with clients and stakeholders, manage programmes, budgets and risks, and mentor junior

Qualifications

• Experience delivering multidisciplinary engineering, environmental or infrastructure projects, ideally within flood risk management.
• Solid project management skills including scope, programme, budget, resources, risk and change.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of a diverse portfolio from inception to completion, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring safe, efficient, commercial and high‑quality delivery.
• Manage project programmes, budgets, risks and commercial performance while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Mentor and develop junior colleagues, share knowledge and support business development across the team.
