Fortnum & Mason’s Head Office in Piccadilly seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead high-profile transformation projects spanning retail, hospitality, kitchens and customer services within our flagship store.

You will coordinate diverse teams, manage budgets, timelines and governance, and work with senior stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences while preserving heritage and brand quality. The role is hybrid in London, reporting to the Head of Store Transformation.

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering complex retail, hospitality, transformation projects.
• Proven track record leading projects from concept to handover.
• Strong knowledge of design, property and construction project delivery, ideally within a RIBA-aligned environment.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasting and resource planning.

Aufgaben

• Lead major flagship transformation projects, from initial planning through to implementation and benefits realisation.
• Coordinate with senior leaders to define project objectives, requirements and success measures.
• Develop and manage integrated project plans, budgets, timelines and governance frameworks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Design, Property, Construction, Operations, Technology, Finance, Marketing, Buying & Merchandising and Supply Chain.
• Act as the key contact for Executive Sponsors and senior stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
• Oversee project budgets and financial performance, supporting commercially sound decision-making.
• Lead readiness planning, stakeholder engagement and change management activities to ensure adoption.
• Measure project outcomes and benefits, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
