Aufgaben

• Lead satellite store, travel retail, wholesale, shop-in-shop, pop-up and international projects from planning through to opening.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, delivery schedules and resource requirements.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams with risks, dependencies and milestones.
• Partner with Operations, Property, Design, Technology, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing and Buying to deliver outcomes.
• Collaborate with international partners to ensure consistency with Fortnum & Mason standards.
• Support store openings, mobilisation activities and launch readiness.
• Coordinate operational readiness across training, communications, stock, customer service and tech needs.
• Monitor project performance and provide reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Deliver projects on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
