The ideal candidate will come from a legal, accountancy or Top 4 consultancy background.

Experience working on Environmental, Sustainability and Governance projects is essential.

Job Responsibilities

1. Understand the inflight and upcoming changes in project business requirements.
2. Plan and design ‘outcome focused’ projects, monitoring progress against agreed parameters, identifying key risks, resolving issues and initiating timely corrective action.
3. Define the project's governance framework.
4. Resolve risks and issues.
5. Ensure project integrity and coherence.
6. Monitor project budget and expenditure.
7. Assist in appointing additional staff into the project and underlying workstreams/activities. Liaise with design authority, architecture teams, other IT teams, risk, dependent projects, product teams, and suppliers.
8. Ensure outputs meet requirements within time, quality, and cost constraints, with timely escalation of risks if not.

Skills Required

• Extensive experience with change delivery methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile).
• Experience in HR, ESG (Environmental, Sustainability & Governance), or Social Impact projects.
• Experience working in an accountancy firm or within audit teams is a bonus.

This role offers hybrid working: 2 days in the office weekly.
