Senior Project Manager (Experiential/Live Events) - Hybrid/Remote/Flex - London

Profiles Creative is partnering with a leading experiential agency that specialises in delivering innovative live, virtual, and digital experiences for global brands. They are looking for a highly organised and proactive senior project manager to join their team and lead the execution of high-profile brand activations and events.

The Role

As a senior project manager, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of experiential and creative projects, from initial concept through to execution. This role requires strong project management skills, the ability to juggle multiple deadlines, and a keen eye for detail. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the planning and execution of live, virtual, and hybrid events
• Overseeing budgets, timelines, logistics, and supplier relationships
• Collaborating with internal creative, production, and strategy teams to bring concepts to life
• Leading client communications and ensuring seamless project delivery
• Staying up to date with emerging trends in experiential marketing and event technology

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a project manager at an experiential/creative agency
• Experienced with project budgets of around £250k
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• A hands-on approach with the ability to adapt and respond to challenges in a fast-paced environment
• Confidence in managing stakeholders at all levels, from clients to suppliers and internal teams

This role will suit a mid/senior project/account manager looking to take a step up in a boutique agency, developing their creative expertise.
