Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Senior Project Manager for an established engineering business in St Ives, Cambridgeshire. You will lead bespoke machinery and automation projects from design through to commissioning, coordinating budgets, timelines and internal teams.

Are you an experienced Project Manager from a Machinery, Automation or Manufacturing background looking to take the technical lead on complex engineering projects for a global-leading company?

This well-established company specialises in the design, manufacture and installation of bespoke Processing, Packaging and Automation equipment. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their established team.

In this role, you will take full responsibility for managing complex engineering projects from initial design and planning through to manufacture, installation and commissioning. You will coordinate internal engineering teams, manage budgets and timelines, and regularly visit customer sites to oversee project delivery.

This role would suit an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Machinery, Manufacturing or Automation looking to take ownership of technically challenging projects within a successful and growing business.

The Role:

• Full Project Management of bespoke Machinery and Automation projects.
• Oversee design, manufacture, installation and commissioning.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, engineering teams and customer relationships.
• Monday - Friday, office-based with some UK site travel.

The Person:

• Strong Project Management experience within Engineering / Manufacturing.
• Background in Machinery, Automation, Food Processing or Packaging equipment.
• Proven track record of delivering complex engineering projects.
• Commutable to St Ives, Cambridgeshire.

The salary advertised is the bracket available for this position.

The actual salary paid will be dependent on your level of experience, qualifications and skill set and will be decided by our client, the employer.
