Baily Garner LLP in Leeds is seeking a Senior Project Manager/Employers Agent to join our multidisciplinary construction team. You will work with internal and external partners, manage project delivery, and mentor colleagues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's level degree in PM, Building Surveying or Quantity Surveying.
• Associate membership of RICS or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years' project management experience.
• Experience as a project manager in a construction consultancy.
• Experience with education/residential/refurbishment projects is advantageous.
• Experience with contracts administration (JCT/NEC).
• Strong client liaison and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Act as Contract Administrator or Employer's Agent across various building types.
• Lead professional team selection and monitor performance against programme.
• Visit sites and issue inspection reports.
• Prepare feasibility studies and budget estimates.
• Prepare design proposals and outline cost plans.
• Manage tenders and analyse bids.
• Coordinate duties while maintaining overall responsibility.
• Possibly lead project-fee management on a month-by-month basis.
