Qualifications

• Full UK Driver’s Licence required.
• Experience in residential development is essential.
• Comprehensive knowledge of JCT D&B contracts.

Responsibilities

• Act as Employer’s Agent, Client Representative, or Contract Administrator.
• Manage projects from brief to completion.
• Prepare robust tender and contract packages.
• Conduct regular site inspections.

Skills

Experience producing written reports

Ability to work independently

Good interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented

Education

University degree in Quantity Surveying or similar

MRICS or close to qualifying
