Job summary

Build Recruitment is seeking a Senior Employers' Agent to join an established multi‑discipline consultancy in SE London on a range of new build developments. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience as Employers' Agent or Project Manager, with at least 3 years post‑qualification experience; RICS qualification preferred but not essential.

• Ideally RICS qualified, otherwise significant on‑the‑job experience as Employers' Agent or Project Manager.
• Minimum 3 years post‑qualification experience.
• Experience on significant sized complex projects including private residential.
• Ability to lead procurement, programming, value management and contract negotiations.
