Job summary

Vincere is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager/Director to lead commercial glazing, curtain walling and façade programmes on projects from £500k to £5m. You will drive delivery from pre-construction through completion, balancing safety, schedule, budget and quality across multi-disciplinary teams.

The role requires strong leadership, contractual awareness and an ability to manage multiple stakeholders while ensuring profitability and adherence to high standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager within the façade industry.
• Strong background delivering façade systems, curtain walling, cladding, and window/door projects.
• Commercial understanding of contracts, cost management, variations and notices.
• Experience managing commercial construction or façade projects valued up to £4 million.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills.
• Sound understanding of construction health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage façade projects throughout the full lifecycle, from handover to final completion.
• Oversee installation of façades, curtain walling, rainscreen cladding, and window and door systems.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and client representatives.
• Monitor programmes and ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Manage budgets, variations, valuations and cost control.
• Meet contractual obligations and identify commercial risks and opportunities.
• Build relationships with clients, consultants and principal contractors.
• Visit sites regularly to monitor progress, quality and health and safety compliance.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular progress reports.
• Resolve technical and operational challenges efficiently.
• Deliver high quality projects while maintaining profitability.

Our client is a leading specialist in commercial glazing, curtain walling and façade solutions. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Director with a strong background in façade systems, rainscreen cladding, curtain walling and aluminium windows and doors. Working on commercial projects valued from £500,000 to £5 million, you will lead delivery from pre-construction through completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to high quality standards.

The role calls for a commercially aware project professional who can manage both the operational and contractual aspects of project delivery.
