Digital Waffle in Hereford is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex technology and business-change programmes in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.

You will partner with Product and Engineering, own scope, budgets and governance, and mentor peers to raise delivery capability.

If you excel at mapping dependencies, managing stakeholders, and delivering on time, this hybrid role offers at least one day onsite.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering large, complex technology projects.
• Experience with budgets, governance, forecasting and financial control.
• Experience in ecommerce, digital retail or customer-facing tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology and business change projects.
• Own scope, timelines, budgets, forecasting and governance throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering teams and Technical Leads to ensure successful project execution.
• Manage risks, dependencies and stakeholder expectations across multiple workstreams.
• Operate within Agile delivery environments while applying structured project governance and planning.
• Provide regular reporting on project progress, financial performance and delivery milestones.
• Support and mentor other Project Managers, helping improve delivery capability across the team.
• Drive continuous improvements to project delivery processes and ways of working.
