Job summary

Digital Waffle in Hereford, UK, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology and business-change initiatives in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.

You'll work closely with Product, Engineering and Delivery teams, ensuring projects meet time, budget and business objectives while developing delivery capability across the team. The role is hybrid, with at least one day onsite per week.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large, complex technology projects end-to-end.
• Strong budgeting, governance and financial control experience.
• Experience collaborating with Engineering and Product in Agile software delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology and business change projects.
• Own scope, timelines, budgets, forecasting and governance across delivery lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering and Technical Leads to ensure successful execution.
• Manage risks, dependencies and stakeholders across multiple workstreams.
• Operate in Agile environments with structured governance and planning.
• Provide regular reporting on progress, finances and milestones.
• Mentor and develop other Project Managers to raise delivery capability.
