Digital Waffle is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology and business-change programmes. You’ll own scope, timelines, budgets and governance while partnering with Product and Engineering to ensure successful outcomes.

The role emphasizes Agile practices, strong stakeholder engagement, and mentoring junior managers to raise delivery capability within a fast-paced ecommerce environment.

• Proven experience delivering large, complex technology projects from initiation to completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology and business change projects.
• Own project scope, timelines, budgets, forecasting and governance throughout delivery lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering and Technical Leads for successful execution.
• Manage risks, dependencies and stakeholder expectations across multiple workstreams.
• Operate within Agile delivery environments with structured governance and planning.
• Provide regular reporting on progress, financials and milestones.
• Mentor other Project Managers to raise delivery capability across the team.
• Drive improvements to delivery processes and ways of working.
