Job summary

Digital Waffle, a leading ecommerce retailer, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to deliver complex, business-critical technology initiatives in a fast-paced digital environment. You’ll own large-scale programmes from inception through to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence and alignment with business goals.

Based in Hereford with a Hybrid arrangement (minimum 1 day onsite per week), you’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering and Delivery teams, mentor other PMs, and help

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering large, complex technology projects.
• Experience with Agile software delivery and Scrum.
• Strong stakeholder management and governance skills.
• Experience with ecommerce/digital retail projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex tech and business change projects.
• Own scope, timelines, budgets, and governance.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams.
• Mentor and develop other Project Managers.
• Drive continuous process improvements.
