PSR Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join a leading main contractor in the Greater Manchester area. You will manage projects from start to finish, ensuring safety, programme compliance, and budget adherence on diverse schemes including Government sector work.

The role requires a proven track record delivering projects as a Senior Project Manager for a main contractor, with strong communication and leadership capabilities. CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Construction industry experience, Design & Build background.
• Proven track record delivering projects as Senior Project Manager.
• Experience working for a main contractor as a Senior Project Manager.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining high safety standards.
• Agreeing programmes and construction methods with planners and site team.
• Marshall resources and sub-contractor selection for works.
• Ensure dates, resources, production rates and overhead targets are met.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage cost control.
• Establish and maintain commercial and financial control systems.
