Job summary

PSR Solutions is assisting a leading main contractor in Greater Manchester to appoint a Senior Project Manager on a permanent basis. The role will oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring safety, programme adherence, and budget control.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, coordinate with planners and subcontractors, and drive value engineering while upholding high site standards. CSCS, SMSTS and first aid certification are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction industry, especially design and build.
• Proven track record delivering projects as Senior Project Manager.
• Experience with main contractor environments and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects to ensure safe completion to programme, budget and spec.
• Contribute to value engineering and build-ability decisions.
• Agree programmes with planners and coordinate sub-contractors and resources.
• Establish and monitor commercial/financial controls to meet contract targets.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams and maintain safety standards.
