Job summary

QinetiQ in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a programme through the full lifecycle. You will own planning, cost control, risk management and governance to deliver value to customers on time and within budget.

We require strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration and a track record of managing complex projects within defence technology contexts. Role offers hybrid working with three days onsite at Bristol or Boscombe Down, 37 hours per week, and eligibility

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in project roles and leading projects.
• Full knowledge of the project lifecycle and governance.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and assets.

Responsibilities

• Integrated planning across scope, time, cost and benefits.
• Budget and cost control with timely performance reporting.
• Identify and mitigate risks and manage issues affecting delivery.
• Attend project reviews and manage variances using RAG status.
• Engage with stakeholders across functions to sustain commitment.
