Job summary
DTGen is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead complex power generation and modular energy projects across the UK. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, drive delivery from contract award through to handover, and oversee safety, time, cost and quality across multiple sectors including data centres, utilities and critical infrastructure.
The role requires extensive experience in HV/LV switchgear, modular energy solutions and strong leadership of engineering teams.
Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in power generation, critical power or energy infra
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of power generation and modular infrastructure projects from concept to commissioning
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
- Coordinate engineering, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, installation and commissioning
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Produce and present project reports and stakeholder updates
- Act as primary contact for clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers
- Provide technical oversight across diesel/gas power systems and switchgear projects
- Support integration of generation with switchgear, protection and synchronization systems
