Brandon James is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a Leeds-based construction consultancy. You will lead projects through multiple RIBA stages, coordinating design teams and procurement strategies across Yorkshire and the North, while managing risk, quality and stakeholders.

The role offers strong client exposure, progression opportunities, and chartership support within a supportive Leeds team. Prior construction consultancy experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering projects through multiple RIBA stages.
• UK construction consultancy background.
• Degree in a construction discipline.
• MRICS/MAPM/MCIOB or progress toward chartership.
• Strong procurement and contract knowledge.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management.
• Commercial awareness and governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through multiple RIBA stages with clear client objectives.
• Prepare and manage programmes, coordinate design teams, and develop procurement strategies.
• Oversee risk, change control, chair project meetings, and provide reporting to clients.
• Mentor less experienced colleagues and contribute to the Leeds project management team growth.
• Manage client and stakeholder expectations and ensure successful delivery.
