• Extensive experience leading public sector infrastructure or built environment projects.
• Prior construction consultancy experience is required.
• Strong governance and commercial oversight experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-contract phase of major infrastructure and built environment projects.
• Establish project controls and governance frameworks; manage programme setup and risk/assurance.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams and oversee commercial performance.
• Manage senior client relationships across public authorities and delivery partners.
