Job summary

Brandon James is recruiting a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor to join an established Manchester building surveying team with a strong pipeline across commercial, public sector, regeneration and healthcare. You will lead complex projects, mentor juniors and contribute to growth while staying close to client delivery.

Ideally MRICS with a relevant Building Surveying degree, you will manage client relationships, oversee bids, and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams as part of a flexible hybrid

Qualifications

• MRICS qualification and Building Surveying degree required.
• Experience managing client relationships and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong project delivery and business development mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects from brief to completion.
• Act as Contract Administrator and Project Manager.
• Prepare specifications, tenders and technical reports.
• Undertake surveys, defect analysis and due diligence.
• Manage client communication and project reporting.
• Coordinate internal and external consultant teams.
• Review junior surveyors' work and support bids.
