Job summary

FindCore are assisting a leading multidisciplinary construction consultancy with the recruitment of a Senior Project Manager based in London. This is a permanent role available at Senior PM, Associate Director PM, or Project Director levels.

You will manage construction and property projects from feasibility through to completion, act as the main client contact, and oversee programmes, budgets and delivery strategies to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Architecture, Building Surveying or a related discipline.
• Professional accreditation (RICS, APM, CIOB or ICE) is beneficial though not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction and property projects from feasibility through to completion and handover.
• Act as the primary contact for clients and maintain strong working relationships.
• Develop and monitor project programmes, budgets and delivery strategies.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, design teams and wider stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance, risks, opportunities and mitigation measures.
• Produce programme, financial and risk reports for clients and Directors.
• Chair project meetings and ensure agreed actions are completed.
• Support procurement, contract administration and project governance.
• Monitor quality, costs, change control and key financial milestones.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with client expectations.

About the Role

Permanent position. This role will be based in London. There are 3 roles available - Senior PM or Associate Director PM or Project Director.

• Commercial awareness with experience monitoring project costs and budgets.
• Confident managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills.
• High levels of professionalism, integrity and attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence would be advantageous.
• Membership of RICS, APM, CIOB or ICE would be beneficial, although professional-development support is available.
